Nigel is regarded as one of the greatest British chefs practising in the UK. Michelin-starred since 1996. From his base in Lancashire, he leads the kitchen at Northcote – one of the most respected in the UK, with its true heart in regional artisan production, executed with outstanding gastronomic flair.
